ANALYSIS

Since decision-making is not a linear process, we make sure to analyse and address all four dimensions set out above, thereby activating all levers to succesfull policy making. Depending on your and/or your organisation's needs, we then focus our interventions in the areas that are least developed. We create a context for change using a.o. leadership development, multi-stakeholder dialogue facilitation/moderation, multi-stakeholder process facilitation and integral policy/project/campaign design.

SYNTHESIS

We subsequently address the glue that binds the four areas together:
1) Communication:
Whatever your goal, you can't achieve it alone. Insight into different value structures will help you understand what people mean, rather than what they say, and will help you translate your message in language that resonates with the values of your audience.
2) Organisation:
We measure the state every dimension is in, and in case of contradictions, dispell the entropy and release the trapped energy by bringing about alignment.
